ElectAnon is a ranked-choice voting protocol built on a blockchain. It uses zero-knowledge proofs to let voters cast ballots anonymously and timed state machines to reduce authorities' direct control over the voting process. The work evaluates scalability through gas costs and supports interchangeable tallying libraries.
